1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the Market Wa Pitori website, purchasing a ticket, applying as a vendor, or buying a product through our online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.
2. About Market Wa Pitori
Market Wa Pitori operates a lifestyle events platform, connecting attendees, vendors, and shoppers through in-person market events, an online vendor marketplace, and an online store.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and current information when registering, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Event tickets
Tickets are sold subject to availability and the specific terms of the event they relate to (including any age restrictions shown on the event listing). Tickets are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, except where an event is cancelled or rescheduled by Market Wa Pitori, or where required by applicable consumer protection law. If an event is cancelled, we will contact ticket holders using the details provided at checkout.
5. Vendor participation
Vendors who apply to trade at a Market Wa Pitori event or list products through the platform must provide accurate business and product information, hold any licences or permits required for their trade, and comply with the specific costing, affiliation, and conduct terms communicated to them during onboarding. Market Wa Pitori reserves the right to decline or remove a vendor application at its discretion.
6. Online store purchases
Products listed on the Market Wa Pitori online store are described as accurately as possible, but colours, sizes, and availability may vary. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Yoco; Market Wa Pitori does not store your full card details. Order confirmation, status, and delivery or collection arrangements are communicated via the contact details provided at checkout.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account or system, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or interfering with the normal operation of the site.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site -- including the Market Wa Pitori name, logo, photography, and event branding -- belongs to Market Wa Pitori or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Market Wa Pitori is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, attendance at an event, or purchase of a product, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
